Lucinity was founded in 2018 to Make Money Good by delivering an open productivity platform for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) teams. Our continuous learning platform combines the best of artificial intelligence and human ingenuity to allow any AML team – from big banks to fintechs – to quickly and precisely tackle the ever-evolving threat of money laundering. About you  

A motivated Product Specialist, you can support the sales team by presenting the product experience as they engage prospective customers. As product’s key link to showcase the next generation of anti-money laundering and compliance productivity software, you're comfortable finding and collecting all relevant information and evolve the product presentation to reflect the variety of customer use cases. 

 

You are a motivated individual and want to join our growing product team creating the next generation of anti-money laundering and compliance productivity software. You thrive on teamwork and are a self-starter who finds and collects all information you need and enjoys sharing the results with the world.  

You will be our key link to the sales team supporting them with all product related questions, thereby being the representation of our product to the external world. As such, you are an excellent communicator and presenter. We are a quickly growing company so you will be comfortable with running projects in parallel.  

  

Focus  

• Create and present in-depth product demos and feature deep dives to prospective customers 
• Build and manage a response library for RFI/RFP requests  

• Note, analyse, and communicate feedback from prospects to the product team and other stakeholders  
• Conduct competitive research and organise your findings in an ongoing fashion to keep Lucinity ahead 

  

Key challenges  

• Adapting content for a diverse range of clients and use cases that Lucinity may serve 

• Communicate with relevant stakeholders for presentations, RFI/RFP responses, and other product content  
• Collaborate with the product team on building product feedback mechanisms and hubs for the entire organisation  

  

Skills & experience  

• Exceptional presentation and customer interaction skills, quick thinking and confident communication while facing possibly unknown questions 

• A desire to share knowledge and expertise amongst team members and prospective clients 
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills    
• Excellent PowerPoint and Microsoft office skills   
• Ability to analyse and spot trends in questions and feedback 
• Ability to self-organise and clearly communicate with cross functional teams  

• Bonus points: Experience with design software for rapid prototyping (Figma, Sketch etc.)  
• Bonus points: Familiarity with the technology or SaaS sector 
• Bonus points: Familiarity with APIs
